Week 2 - Blockout Model and Initial Sketch (29/01/2022)

As I sketched out some concept art for my shop, along with some rough sketches to demonstrate how the different stories are accessed, I definitely leaned more towards the textile aspect of it's design, but I think the imagery of sewing wheels along with the pillars looking like sewing thread rolls help emphasize it's intended purpose.

Using a scale man model provided by the uni to keep the proportions correct, I created a very primitive model to roughly represent how the base building will be composed, while I'll add in extra details (like drainage pipes and pillar supports) to where it'll be most logical when it comes to initializing the final design.
